Deep Breathing For Lungs Cleansing – How To Do It

Deep Breathing For Lungs Cleansing – How To Do It

Did you know that the capacity of your lungs is 6 liters of air per day and that you breathe 9000 liters daily?

But that does not mean that your lungs are working to their full capacity.
Unfortunately, most people use only a small part of the lungs, since they breathe in a so- called “shallow” way, when oxygen often does not reach all parts of this vital organ.

If you do not use your lungs fully (do not use the method of deep breathing and other methods that help the lungs), they may have deposits of contaminants.

You must have felt the consequences of the accumulation of toxins -- headache, difficulties in breathing, dizziness and other symptoms which are caused by reduced lung function.

How can you change this?
Simply, by using a method that you have been practicing 23,000 times a day!
Breathe!
But this time, breathe deeply and feel how oxygen does wonders for your entire body.

Deep breathing for lungs cleansing and healthier body
Shallow breathing is the result of lifestyle, bad posture, stiff muscles and poor physical activity.
Although the lungs are not a muscle, you should exercise for them as well.

Deep breathing is the best exercise which will quickly and easily clean your lungs and provide you a proper exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide.

It will encourage the expansion of the diaphragm muscle and will fill the alveoli more easily (air sacs) and therefore will also provide more oxygen throughout the body.

You will throw the accumulated toxins way and feel many other benefits.
The slow deep breathing from the belly will encourage proper posture and function of muscles which participate in breathing, so your spine will be grateful for it as well.

Lungs take part in the hormonal system for blood pressure control, so the deep breathing exercises can also serve as a natural aid in hypertension.
At the same time, you will relax and calm, since it is an excellent method to combat stress.

How to breathe deeply
To determine whether you exercise properly, lay a hand on the stomach and the other on the chest.

  • Locate a peaceful and quiet place. It would be ideal to go in nature, but any place where you feel comfortable will also serve the cause.
  • Sit, close your eyes and start with a deep breathing through your nose.
  • Breathe slowly.
  • Count to five as you inhale. Focus on the belly – you start from it, let it be “filled” first, and then the lungs.
  • Inhale as much as you can, until your lungs and stomach are completely “full”.
  • Hold your breath for a few seconds (3-5), and then slowly exhale, again counting to five.
  • Empty all the air, as much as you can, even when you think that there is not an atom left. (You will notice how the stomach pulls inward).
  • When you discharge all air, breathe again.
  • Repeat the exercise 10 times in total.
  • Bring this method into your daily routine, to help your lungs, but also the whole the body and to provide new energy and vitality.

You will quickly witness its effectiveness.
